Octon Multimedia Log System (MMLS) is intended for large-scale auditing with multimedia support as part of the Next Generation Network (NGN). It can do auditing on TDM voice calls, VoIP calls and video messages. Unlike the network data capturing technique used in most IP based recording systems, MMLS records via HP OCMP's advanced recording feature, resulting in greater accuracy and efficiency.
MMLS is a combination of the most cutting edge computer, voice, and video audition technologies available today. The system uses the most advanced digital technology together with reliable software. The recordings can be systemically stored in various media like hard drive, tape, DVD and even Blu-Ray disc.
After recordings have been made, functions such as replay, immediate monitoring, record printing, and information inquiry become available with multiple levels of access management. Of course, automatic backup is one of standard features. In sum, MMLS includes the following components:
